Need to show Chinese characters

Got free version and worked really well, except no sound. Paid for "pro" version... very disappointed! You dont see Chinese characters when translate from English to Chinese, instead you see ping yin. Ping yin helps you to pronounce but doesnt give you the meaning. Without showing Chinese character, this is useless!
